Pirayeh (Pira) Mehran

Pira is a highly accomplished IT professional with an impressive academic background and a strong record in various technical and leadership roles. She graduated with high honours in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from Seneca Polytechnic in Canada. She developed a solid understanding of research and development, IT customer service, and networking and connectivity early in her career.

Pira began her career with prominent organizations such as TD Bank, UPS, and ACS in Toronto. In 2000, she earned her Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certifications, further solidifying her technical expertise.

In 2001, she transitioned to an international engineering firm as an IT/ICT Specialist and Project Manager. In this role, she led the implementation of several data centres, system integrations, data migrations, and innovative mixed-use building projects. Pira achieved her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2006 and her Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification in 2019, maintaining these qualifications until the end of 2025.

Recognizing companies' challenges in digital transformation journeys, Pira pursued a postgraduate program at Purdue University and became a Digital Transformation Specialist in 2022. This program enhanced her ability to lead successful digital initiatives by integrating business acumen with technical expertise.

Pira has consistently delivered successful enterprise projects across the private, public, and corporate sectors. Her contributions have spanned various industries, including IT and technology, media and telecommunications, energy, customer service, and hospitality, consistently adding value and driving results.
