Project:  $40m infrastructure projects (seven multi-use projects, ten-year duration) 

Scope: Structured cabling and networking, centralized control centre and data centre, integration and automation of systems (end-to-end) applying safety and security throughout project deployment, regulatory issues, standards, implementing business applications and supporting those during the post-implementation phase 

Client challenges: Deployment of the latest technology was one of the project’s main challenges due to a shortage of knowledge workers; design and build project delivery environment caused high level of uncertainty and risks, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment

How Path helped:  Path procured resources from abroad, facilitated required training and built cross-functional multi-talented teams (local + internationally); planned for uncertainty from the start of the project for critical path tasks, continuous review, assess, and adjustment; established a trusted relationship with clients and project teams (designers, builders, testers, installers, engineers and technicians) by communicating effectively and provided added engineering value
