Project:  Upgrade/update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application and entire telecom infrastructure and telephony suite of products, PBX, communications solutions, PCI compliance for hotel and call centre operations

Scope:  End-to-end management, monitoring/control project activities, update and upgrade telecom infrastructure (hardware, firmware, and software products), third-party systems interdependencies and systems configuration  

Client challenges:  Undocumented project requirements due to incomplete work of several project managers, the unclear scope of work, lingering unresolved issues/problems from past installation, lack of ownership and decision making at exec level 

How Path helped: Conducted project activities and business analysis tasks such as fact-finding and gap analysis of the existing (legacy) system, resolved the previous issues, and prepared the project environment ready for the upgrade. Worked closely with executive level, vendors, and remote project teams to pinpoint criteria needed to facilitate decision-making for better results
