Program: Deployment of 80,000 wireless access points (Shaw Go WiFi Program) on the West coast of Canada (Alberta and parts of BC)

Scope: to bring visibility and close the WiFi program's deployment, which consisted of twelve projects. This service enables customers to login and connects to the Internet via WiFi with the same credentials while travelling around the city

Client challenges: incomplete/undocumented work of two program managers, program schedule and cost overrun, lack of proper planning for all projects, insufficient reporting and communication between project team members

How Path helped:  Improved project communications, conflict resolution and management and leadership skills, familiarized with policies and legislation such as CEAR, CASL, PCI, and SOX, maintained healthy financial CapEx/OpEx across projects, focused on client expectations/needs, and created a roadmap Project type: Infrastructure wired/wireless
